"Waited over 45 minutes outside waiting for someone to come let us in. Room was not as pictured. Shared bathroom between 4 rooms. Parking was 2 spots on street in not good neighborhood. So bad we left and did not get refund. Read thru reviews there is no way they should receive a good review. Hotels.com needs to drop this property from their site."

"I’m disappointed with the level of service during my visit. Several staff members were not welcoming or attentive. From the moment we arrived, there was no acknowledgment, we had to approach staff outside just to ask for assistance. One response we received was, “You need help(after we asked🙄😒)?” which felt dismissive rather than helpful. Unfortunately, the experience didn’t improve once inside. There was little to no eye contact, and the staff member assisting us appeared visibly annoyed based on their facial expressions and body language. We were also not given clear information about what was available or what we could use, which made the visit more confusing than it should have been. Customer service should be consistent and professional, regardless of who the customer is. A welcoming attitude and clear communication go a long way. If interacting with customers is part of the role, it should be handled with a basic level of courtesy and respect. Based on this experience, I would not return or recommend this place to others."
