The hotel locked us out of our room at 2 a.m., but after speaking with the staff, we were eventually able to get back in. Unfortunately, housekeeping entered our room three separate times between 7 and 10 a.m.—despite our “Do Not Disturb” sign being on and checkout not until 11. We’ve contacted property management regarding these issues but have yet to receive a response.

The room had hairs and dust in it and outside balcony dirty . I liked the location and the staff very nice . The event was very noisy and vibrating noise till 11 am - I should not have been charged to upgrade to balcony if this was going to happen

The area is extremely loud and a party vibe. I couldn't sleep until 2:30am. Also the dining took FOREVER for a simple breakfast, almost 45 minutes. But the hotel and staff were great.

The hotel was great except we were given a room on the 8th floor on Sunday evening and the noise from the 9th floor was ridiculous. We had a 5:30 a.m. sign in for cancer surgery Monday morning. Would never return.

Super friendly staff. Clean and well-maintained property. Good selection on the menu. Parking is valet only at $40 a night and I wouldn't suggest trying street parking in the area. There is a foodhall down the street and further away some fun restaurants but mind the ubiquitous Florida afternoon rain showers. There is a resort fee of about $40. I don't believe this was mentioned on the website or checkout. This includes wifi, use of the bar and restaurant, pool, etc even if you don't utilize the hotel amenities. Overall I liked the hotel. I'll look at a location closer to the center of Wynwood/Design District next time for more walkability.
