"The room was cavernous a 2 bedroom apartment way on the other side of the building...it was creepy and had an odor. I asked to be moved...the other room was less creepy. Both rooms were dated & smelly. The elevator was not functioning properly...it wouldn't go down from the floor I was on so I used stairs once and next time I went up to go down. The restaurant was under staffed and the waitress was rude...probably because they were under staffed."

"The room was spot on - comfortable bedding, good pillows, clean sheets. Lovely aesthetic. Room could have some extra storage space -- the room had enough space to provide additional shelves, but there was just one coat closet. If the room can sleep 4, then there must be place to put away 4 people's worth belongings. Staff was very pleasant, professional, responsive, and resourceful - thanks to each one of them. Breakfast was very basic and not great tasting - didn't starve though :) All said and done, we had a wonderful time."

"When I check in, there’s a gentleman named Stefan. He check us in, but he was full of attitude. He is not friendly at all. The only thing he asked me is phone number he didn’t even say may have your number or ma’am what is your number? He is very rude. When I try to ask him what is there around that I can go to like attraction? He didn’t even answer me. But the lady Nem Regina work next to him had gave me all the answer. Thank you Regina for being very friendly nice kind and welcome. So the check-in didn’t take us long everything went smooth. It’s just the fun with being rude. Come to the property I think that the party looks kinda old and also when I stepped into the room, the room smell like marijuana like someone smoke inside the room but because is only for one night and we will get a leave early in the morning. we’re not staying for long so I didn’t even care to report that. Next to the bed where I was sleeping at is smell like mold , it smell bad. Honestly I don’t think I will come back to that hotel."
