Staff was super courteous - went out of the way to let us check in early, and when we had to extend due to the airline's delay, once again the same staff member extended our stay for a few hours at a very reasonable cost. The location is excellent, the hotel and the room were super clean, the staff and amenities were reasonable, and the breakfast was excellent.

Corner room was great, although only 4 stars due to a non-working A/C system. The room was chilly. Part to fix it was on back order. Decided not to switch rooms even though I was offered. They did give me extra Hyatt points for the inconvenience.
