"We had a great stay at this hotel. The front end staff were so friendly and helpful! Also wanted to mention, the breakfast was awesome! So many variety and yummy! The restaurant staff Janet B who worked there (through an agency she mentioned) was amazing! She was very polite, proactive and diligent. I hope management will recognize her great attitude and hard work! Will definitely stay here again if we come to LA again 😊"

"Staff was very friendly and accomodating. They were able to get us checked in early with no hassle. Front desk staff was very knowledgable and gave recommendations for things to do and also helped us work out the airport shuttle for the morning."

"Coffee machine broke, in our room on game day and it took. 3 phone calls 2 hrs 2 different guys to look and fix a coffee machine, told us to come get some coffee vouchers, went down to get them... 16 floors down then when I get down there they tell me they're sending them up. Not good communication, pool is not heated like it says ... Perks are there's a Starbucks literally right across the street, a pizza parlor as well... If you're looking for a upscale date night across the street the Marriott has JW's Steakhouse so we literally went to dinner that was awesome. But other than that we got the executive room on the 16th floor it smells like old steal smoke, we wanted to get a sushi roll downstairs to start the night off they literally gave us 5 pieces of sushi we thought it was a joke, we've then saw one of the sushi guys get bagged edamame out of a freezer bag and put it in a microwave... Very interesting stay, we went to a Broncos game and it was only 3 miles away that was awesome other than that, that's it."
