Flight attendants were wonderful—definitely helped me feel calmer and more comfortable during the flight. The captain seemed to have a great sense of humor and a very calm presence which helped as well.
They had no headphones for my kids and the headphones connection was not working on my seat.
24E video screen was faulty on my flight
The baggage claim employee initially was very abrupt and rude and I believe he realized his behavior was such and quickly turned it around.
Alaska Airlines was GREAT!! Super helpful and friendly staff, comfortable seats and smooth flights!
Need faster WiFi
WiFi wasn’t working but attendants were helpful
It was a good flight
Alaskan always a great trip!!!
Our flight attendant made announcements in a weird melodic voice. I wasn’t sure if it was real, supposed to be entertaining, or creepy. At one point something came across the intercom by mistake, I think. I had the impression there was some goofing off happening, which is fine if we know to expect that. Kind of a Southwest thing perhaps. But they were all very nice.
