Easy access to airport and complimentary breakfast was delicious! Nice clean hotel!
I tried to check in an hour after check in and the hotel staff said my room wasn’t ready. I went to another staff member and they checked me in just fine. I don’t understand the discrepancy but I felt it very unfair. I’m in town for an event and I expect for the check in time to be as stated originally. I don’t know if I would stay here again.
This hotel used to be all about the guests now they just worry about changing extra for everything. Besides the extra hard beds. This hotel is no longer recommended
I have stayed at this property many times and the hotel and staff were always great. I previously booked through Hyatt. This time I booked through Expedia and it was very different and I will not be staying there again. We checked in around 4:15 pm. We got our room and turned on the AC. It was screeching and very loud. I videoed it. The TV would not turn on. We went down to the desk to ask to be changed to another room. They said they would send an engineer to look at the ac. He tried to fix it but it continued to screech. The engineer said go talk to the desk because this is going to take about 45 min to fix. And he didn't know what the problem was with the tv. The bottom line is we went to the desk 2 times to get the room changed. The engineer was professional ask desk to change our room. The desk finally called said they could move us but it would be to the same room next to the elevator. . We said ok because it was now 7 pm and we had wasted 3 hours waiting on the room to be fixed. The TV in the new room didn't work because we had signed into the wifi to stream and it kept going to the original room. They told us to go to the desk, have them check us out from the old room and check in to the new room. 3 rd time to the desk. They were never able to resolve the TV issue in either room because it was a problem with their system. Warning to Expedia people, the room you get is lacking and the customer service is very poor.
They never answered the front desk! The shuttle never came and I was there for an hour! Then when I got to the property my room was super cold I called the front desk because my thermostat didn’t work and again noone answered! When I went down stairs to get help she was there talking to the other employee about outside of work things! I would never book this hotel again! Bad communication/customer service makes the property bad for me!
The hotel was beautiful but our service was not. We didnt get housekeeping for multiple days and had to keep requesting towels and our trash to be picked up! Spendinf almost $200 a night for crappy service aint it! Will not be returning
