When we arrived to the property, it was a bit confusing since the parking lot was shared with airport and it was hard to find the entrance to the reception, period. Then the elevator was dirty and a bit old. Once we entered the reception area, it was okay. It didn't seem as nice as what I expected, but however, once we got into the room, it was very clean. I love how the maid kept the condition or the property, kept the room sheets, everything. It felt very clean. That's one that was most important to us, and we only stayed there for three nights, so therefore, it was good.

Free airport shuttle was great to catch early flight. Restaurant on site had friendly, quick service. Only negative was the poor lighting in the room, just felt very dim and not enough lights.

This used to be the only hotel i would frequent when in the area on business, unfortunately this hotel has become all about $$$$ and nothing else. Parking is already $50 per night and now they want to charge for the breakfast buffet when it used to be included with your stay, not to mention the mini-fridge is now full of overpriced drinks and alcohol, nothing for the consumer anymore its all about $$$$ , the beds are really small for queen sized, rooms are just tiny not enough space in the bathroom to hold toiletries, time to find another hotel

Very attractive property, including lobby, restaurant, and especially rooms. Rooms are quite large and well-furnished. Short shuttle ride to airport. Shuttle could run a little more frequently though. Clerk wasn't able to print a paper receipt for stay. A day later I'm still waiting for an emailed receipt. Overall, pleasant experience with 3 of the staff providing the exceptional service which really was the highlight of the stay.
