Very friendly staff. Rooms were very clean, beds comfortable and the bathroom was large! Really enjoyed the large tub and the water pressure was awesome! Breakfast buffet was excellent. We chose this hotel because it was close to the airport. Maybe, 5 minutes away. Would definitely stay again.

Waited for an hour for overcrowded hotel van. Could not get past crappy AI to get to front desk. When I finally did it rang for several minutes than disconnected. I paid for a King with separate soda bed and got a tiny King room, no room for any soda bed. Hyatt is now hit or miss. This was terrible. Staying in Hyatt used to be a privilege. Now I will never stay in it again. What a shame.
