The USB ports in the room didn't work. Had to call the front desk for help with the TV which ultimately was in need of a reset. There was no room service menu in the room, and a call to the restaurant was answered by an AI artificial voice that sent me a text with a link that was supposed to be the menu but, alas, was not. Had to go all the way down to the restaurant to get something to take back up to my room. Very frustrating.

Great stay. Only one complaint: the water pressure inn the showers in both rooms I stayed in is set way too high. It was actually uncomfortable. It would be better on your guests and more economical for you if you’d turn down the water pressure. Should also be easy to do. Thanks for a nice quiet stay.

It was a nice hotel just the AC takes too long to cool down the room. Also, based on the design of the room, the vents do not properly provide air to one part of the bed.
