One complaint the TV in my seat didn't work and the flight attendant couldn't help fix it.
The Kiosk was out of order and I could not print out my boarding pass. Fortunately, the airline staff was aware of the issues and printed out my boarding pass and gave me an isle seat.
would like to have at least free soda. you pay for a soda and don’t even get the full soda.
It would be more helpful to ensure that family seating is secured. We had to request that our three young children are seated near us.
