Lots of free snacks, thanks! Did not feel neglected. Cabin Crew worked very hard up and down the isles!
Excellent flight experience
Very pleasant to fly with compared to Delta Airlines. Thanks for great service to military personnel.
Delta staff on all four of my planes were very helpful. I am handicapped..On my return to Burbank, when I was deplaning, the captain of the plane that was returning to Atlanta was as asshole. As I’m deplaning he was yelling at myself and the crew who were helping me to come on, come on. Hurry up, I am wheel chair bound due to a broken pelvis. I did not appreciate what that idiot said to me or the crew helping me deplane.
The best customer service specially the flight attendants Eric Thank You
Customer service over the phone was accommodating to get me proper seat for my hurt foot last minute
Hostesses were very helpful and pleasant. One especially was very comedic and made the trip very pleasant.
The service was good with the exception of the woman at the baggage drop counter who was rude and condescending. She didn't want to put the tag on my bag and instead told me how to do it with a negative tone. This didn't ruin my flight, however. Overall a positive experience.
