"Excellent location and friendly staff make this a great place to stay in Hanoi. We had four nights and thoroughly enjoyed our visit. We were especially impressed with the personal care and attention provided by Katy from reception. She was very helpful throughout the trip. The food and cocktails were all better than we expected . "The staff and service are outstanding here!! They are very attentive to their guests. The breakfast has great variety and delicious food. It is conviently located and everything is within walking distance. The rooms are clean but you may eant to check them out once you get the key. Some are more maintained than the others. Also, for the premium rooms with a window, make sure you get a room on the right side where you can see the city. If not, you will be looking at the back of the building. Despite those issues, the staff and their excellent service makes up for any inconvience. They will go out of their way to help you have a comfortable stay. "
