"Staff are amazing. From the minute you step onto the property the staff are so welcoming and friendly. Not pushy, but helpful and just so thankful that you’re there. Brilliant location. Room so quiet can’t hear any traffic noise which in Hanoi is a bonus. Highly recommend. Don’t look any further. Oh and breakfast buffet is 10/10! "
