We enjoyed very much our stay in Hanoi. We stayed 2 times in the hotel during our stay. We love the location in the old town near the must-dos - shops and tourist attractions. It's very safe we walk everywhere in the old town. We love the food options and shops around the area as well the breakfast in the Hotel! The front desk crew especially Jim & Suly, and the team were amazing! Anything you ask or are concerned about they are so resourceable. We needed it to check out at 9 pm so we paid another night for a basic room for a couple of hours. I was traveling with my aunty and she needed to rest before we caught up on the 1 am flight. They made sure our stay was relaxed and comfortable. They upgraded our room and it made a huge difference in relaxing and catching the flight! Thank you so much!

Great breakfast, location and room. Lovely and clean. The king bed was very comfortable. The staff were absolutely incredible! So kind, welcoming, attentive and helpful. This hotel is in a fantastic location for tourists, lots of nearby sites and shops for filler activities between main attractions. The staff are incredible and while the room itself was fairly plain, it was perfect for me as a solo traveller. Fast laundry service was a bonus.

The hotel had the friendliest staff we've met. They were lovely and always ready to help you. They offered you welcome drinks and cake and they gave us a lot of bottles of water when we went out. The hotel was located in the centre of Hanoi Old Quarters. Breakfast was included and very good with variety. They also offered reasonably priced tour and laundry service by kg, which was excellent and not expensive.

Jimmy was a great host, his communication skills before and during the stay was par excellent. In addition, all the front office team are very youthful, knowledgeable and always smiling and friendly. I will not not look for another place to stay in Hanoi. The place is also around the important areas, restaurants, massage palour, clubs and other things. Very helpful staff, the manager was really great with helping all of us get organised for our rooms as well as the next day when the bus came to pick us up. Gave us some advice on where to get some great Bun Cha around the corner. We all thought that because it was situated on a busy street, that it would get noisy in the evening, but it was really fine. Would recommend and would definitely come back again.

From the minute you walk to the door there is people there to help you by getting the door and carrying your bags. They room itself is lovely and the beds were so comfy, was the best sleep we had our whole trip! The staff go out their way to help you and are so nice and chatty aswell! )In eight weeks of travelling southeast Asia, and staying in 13 hotels, nowhere could match Hanoi Royal Palace Hotel's customer service. No ask was too much, from booking trips to Halong Bay and Ninh Binh, to offering personal phone numbers to help us navigate the city. Manager Jimmy is outstanding at making you feel comfortable and at home, and the staff go the extra mile 24/7 (especially Jenney!). The location is fantastic, close to train street and plenty of restaurants and cafes. We cannot express how great our stay was, and thank Hanoi Royal Palace Hotel for making our Hanoi trip so memorable.
