I only stayed here 1 night but the staff was amazing so I wish I stayed longer! Especially Anna and Nancy! They even helped me do my flight checkin at the hotel computer because on mobile it was coming all Vietnamese:) I had come from a long way from Sapa so they offered me lemonade . That lemonade was like the best thing happened to me:)) the room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was really good as well and location !

to be honest, not the best room… kind of funny bedding without a top sheet, just an ill fitting duvet.. but very large bed for those who would like a large bed. No bedside table and hard to reach an outlet to charge my phone. No bedside table either, which is odd for a hotel. On the positive side it was a good location and the room was quiet on away from the street, but with no view obviously. The service and staff was top-notch. small but very good bathroom with very hot water, which was fantastic.

Siamo una famiglia dall'Irlanda e abbiamo recentemente soggiornato all'hotel Royal Palace. Questo hotel è un vero gioiello. La posizione è eccezionale, proprio sul lago e vicino a negozi e ristoranti. Abbiamo avuto una camera familiare executive, spaziosa e pulitissima. La colazione era abbondante, fresca e molto ben organizzata. Il punto forte di questo hotel è il personale. Una menzione speciale va alla signorina Mimi e alla signorina Celina che si sono adoperate oltre misura per essere di aiuto. Tutto il personale è molto cordiale e disponibile. Non ho alcuna esitazione a raccomandare questo hotel e torneremo sicuramente.

The location of the Royal Palace couldn’t be better, as it’s in a quiet pretty side street but seconds from the bustling shops, restaurants and sites of Hanoi. The hotel feels like such a haven of calm and the staff couldn’t be more welcoming. We had a wonderful stay here, so comfortable and the staff so accommodating and helpful. First class breakfast too- all highly recommended.

Käytimme Royal Palace -hotellia tukikohtanamme. Tämä oli ensimmäinen hotellimme Hanoissa, ja palasimme tänne kierroksen jälkeen, Sapan jälkeen ja jälleen, kun palasimme risteilyltä Halongin lahdelta. Palvelu oli erinomaista! Henkilökunta ylsi yli ja ohi tehdäkseen jokaisesta vierailusta täydellisen. Meillä oli mahdollisuus kokeilla neljää eri huonetta. Aamiainen oli myös poikkeuksellisen hyvä, tarjoten sekä paikallisia että eurooppalaisia vaihtoehtoja. Jim vastaanotossa oli loistava!

The room shown in the ad is NOT what we got. We got a tiny room with a view of a cement wall! When we complained to staff at front desk she said there was nothing they could do. We also had to carry our own luggage up 3 flights of stairs. The elevator started on second floor. It was cold out and the room had no heat. We were given extra blankets which were dirty. We were very disappointed to say the least. The next day I asked for a room upgrade which they reluctantly gave us and that room was no better but had 2 queen beds instead of twins. We declined

This property situates in a great location, easy access to almost everything you need, walking distance to many restaurants. Though in the middle of a busy street our room is quiet and the large king bed is so comfortable. It’s a small property but we received the best services from check in and out to buffet breakfast and everything in between. All of the staff were very attentive and prepared to make special accomodations for us ahead of time based on dietary preferences and travel/activity plans. Thank you for a pleasant experience. We will definitely come back and highly recommend your hotel.
