On arrival and until we departed we were made to feel as if we were honored guests of the hotel. The staff from the Front Office Manager to the waiters, to the doormen, there was a consistent passion for what they do. It showed in their willingness to serve. I am a world traveler having been to over 60 countries, this Hotel’s staff will be remembered as the best service I have ever experienced. From check in, dining, arranging excursions or transportation the service is not to be surpassed. A big thumbs up!!! The hotel is in the heart of the tourist hub of the old quarter so the location is great for a touring. A leisurely walk or hop on/off tourist bus can take you everywhere in Hanoi a tourist would want to go. Would definitely stay here again if visiting Hanoi.

We were really impressed with the staff at the hotel. All were very attentive, helpful, and friendly. The hotel room was also comfy, clean, and well sought after. The buffet breakfast was compact but provide all you would need for your breakfast. You'll find what you want regardless of your dietary requirement. The location was also very good. It's a stone throw to Hoan Kiem lake, walking street, and there is a lot of nice coffee shops around. We would highly recommend staying at the Hanoi Royal Premium Hotel.

We had our first night checked in to Hanoi Royal Premium Hotel , and checked out the next morning to Sapa and Halong Bay. We returned to the same hotel after 5 days. We received a warm welcome with "Welcome Home" deco on the bed! This is very thoughtful! The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. We love the buffet breakfast provided by the hotel as well! It is definitely worth the excellent rating!

Great stay in a great location

From check-in to checkout everything ran smoothly. The staff were always there to assist and the room was clean and tidy. Air conditioning was a relief from outside and the breakfast hit the spot. Well worth the stay.

The hotel is about a 10-minute walk to the lake. Night markets are also very close and good restaurants are with walking distance. The rooms, restaurant and hotel, in general is very clean. We travel a lot. This time we added two weeks onto a trip in Southeast Asia to visit Vietnam with friends. I am so glad we did because the country of Vietnam completely exceeded our expectations. We stayed at the Hanoi Royal Premium Hotel located in the old town of Hanoi. The location is perfect ... close to the Lake, close to the hustle and bustle of Old Town and close to some of the best restaurants in Hanoi. It is the best hotel we have ever stayed in and will happily recommend it to our friends. The best part of the hotel is the staff. They make each and every guest feel special. We used this hotel as our “base camp” as we left Hanoi to visit Sapa, then returned, then visited HaLong Bay, then returned again. We felt we were coming home to old friends each time we returned! The food in the restaurant is excellent. The rooms are large and the beds are comfortable. Please tell our friends at the Hanoi Royal Premium Hotel hello from us when you stay there!

The hotel is a little oasis in the caotic Hanoi life. The check in was fast and very calm. They gave us a room update. The room, by the way, was beautiful and spacious. The breakfast was delicious. Many options for everyone’s taste. They try everything to make us feel comfortable. A special note for Mr Da, who helped us with very precious informations and indicated us a great Cha Ca restaurant near by the hotel (he walked us there himself). Thank you to the all staff for had make us feel at home even so far home! We had a great time!
