This place is right in the middle of the thick of it if thats where you wanna be. Next to the lake, market, and walking street. Can shop, eat, and get massaged until you drop. Staff went above and beyond to make sure stay is pleasant. Anna is an absolute goddess on earth.

It was an absolute joy staying at this hotel. Before we even arrived in Vietnam the lovely Ms. Anna was helping us book trips and tours during our stay. All the staff were so wonderful and welcoming, always greeting us with a smile and asking us about our day! They were so helpful with recommendations, booking tours, holding our luggage and arranging our laundry service. The location was ideal, right in the heart of old quarter and everything was within walking distance. Our room was clean and comfortable, we stayed in a room with a balcony overlooking the street and it was lovely sitting on the balcony watching the hustle and bustle below. We enjoyed it so much we decided to book it again for our one night stopover in Hanoi between tours! Thank you Royal Premium for such a lovely stay

The room was very spacious for my family. We traveled with young kids and the hotel were so accomodating to our needs. Staff were amazing and so helpful. It felt like we were staying with family rather than in a hotel. Hotel was in the best location. We didn’t have breakfast at the hotel but from what I saw they had a good selection. The hotel was only a short walk to Hoan Kiem lake so there were endless of food options. We explored the city by day and were greeted with big smiles when we came back. We could relax and feel safe when we were back in the hotel. A big shout out to Ms Anna and Đa another sweet reception lady which I regrettably forgotten her name for making our visit to Hanoi memorable.

La posizione è eccellente, tutto è raggiungibile a piedi. Il miglior Bahn Mi è proprio accanto all'hotel. Il personale è così cordiale e amichevole. Location is excellent as everything is within walking distance. The best Bahn Mi is just beside the hotel. The staff are so warm and friendly. We love their happy disposition - so genuine. Anna and Đa are so good with what they are doing. They referred excellent eating places too. Breakfast is complete and more than enough to fill your stomach until lunchtime.

Great location and staff were incredibly friendly and the service was amazing. They booked our tour to Ninh Binh and were always helpful with food recommendations, upon arriving they also brought our luggage right up to our room for us. They work very hard! They allowed us to store our luggage for the day when we checked out and they even had a bathroom with a shower if you wanted to freshen up before your next journey. I would definitely recommend upgrading to the bigger room with the bigger window if you enjoy having natural light in your room. We stayed in other hotels in Hanoi on our stay and paid less for a nicer room with breakfast included.

Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία, μόλις μία οικοδομική σειρά από τη βασική λίμνη στο Ανόι. Η περιοχή φιλοξενεί πολιτιστικές εκδηλώσεις τα Σαββατοκύριακα, κλείνοντας την κυκλοφορία των οχημάτων. Το δωμάτιο με μπαλκόνι είχε θέα στη δραστηριότητα της παλιάς συνοικίας αλλά ήταν αρκετά ήσυχο. Το πρωινό είχε μια ανώτερη από τον μέσο όρο γωνιά με αυγά, αλλά υπήρχαν επίσης επιλογές όπως γαλλικές φέτες και τηγανίτες με ανανά ή μπανάνα. Υπέροχη επιλογή για οικονομικό ταξίδι. Το προσωπικό ήταν εξαιρετικά προσεκτικό.

Excellent location just one block from main lake in Hanoi. Area hosts cultural events on weekends, closing down vehicular traffic. Balcony room had view to old quarter activity yet was quite quiet.
