As soon as we entered the hotel, we were welcomed in such a friendly manner. This was also again provided through out our stay. The hotel is about a 10-minute walk to the lake. Night markets are also very close and good restaurants are with walking distance. The rooms, restaurant and hotel, in general is very clean. We travel a lot. This time we added two weeks onto a trip in Southeast Asia to visit Vietnam with friends. I am so glad we did because the country of Vietnam completely exceeded our expectations. We stayed at the Hanoi Royal Premium Hotel located in the old town of Hanoi. The location is perfect ... close to the Lake, close to the hustle and bustle of Old Town and close to some of the best restaurants in Hanoi. It is the best hotel we have ever stayed in and will happily recommend it to our friends. The best part of the hotel is the staff. They make each and every guest feel special. We used this hotel as our “base camp” as we left Hanoi to visit Sapa, then returned, then visited HaLong Bay, then returned again. We felt we were coming home to old friends each time we returned! The food in the restaurant is excellent. The rooms are large and the beds are comfortable. Please tell our friends at the Hanoi Royal Premium Hotel hello from us when you stay there!

The hotel is a little oasis in the caotic Hanoi life. The check in was fast and very calm. They gave us a room update. The room, by the way, was beautiful and spacious. The breakfast was delicious. Many options for everyone’s taste. They try everything to make us feel comfortable. A special note for Mr Da, who helped us with very precious informations and indicated us a great Cha Ca restaurant near by the hotel (he walked us there himself). Thank you to the all staff for had make us feel at home even so far home! We had a great time!

My wife & I liked everything and stayed 5 nights in Hanoi Royal Premium Hotel. All of staffs were professional, friendly and nice. The breakfast was very good with a wide range of choice and has great food. The perfect location is easy to go to night market and sightseeing points. Mr. Da was really helpful, attentive and nice. Excellent hotel which is perfectly located at the city centre, spotless clean and extremely comfortable(room 603). outside the hotel you can find different restaurants, supermarket, Bars and everything in a walkable distance. we were warmly welcomed by the friendly and by far the best receptionist ever. All the front desk employees were extremely professional in what they were doing, that being said i have to point out Mr. Da who not only gave great tips where to go but he went an extra mile to make our stay forever stamped in our minds, he made sure that all our trips are on point. this being our first time staying at Hanoi Royal Premium Hotel , this made a great first impression of the hotel.
