L'anno scorso ho soggiornato in un altro hotel — e anche se era davvero buono, il Royal Premium era superiore. È proprio un hotel di classe con uno staff straordinario. So che molti recensori usano l'aggettivo "straordinario", ma in questo caso sono rimasto piacevolmente sorpreso dalla loro attenzione. Quando mia moglie era malata, il manager ha inviato una tazza di tè caldo gratuita. Quando avevamo bisogno di una corsa con Grab (la mia app non funzionava), ce l’hanno fornita. ĐA, Anna, in particolare, sono state fantastiche e meritano un applauso dalla direzione per il lavoro che fanno. Un ringraziamento anche a due altri giovani uomini alla reception. Tutti, francamente, sono stati molto disponibili. Okay, la colazione: buona con una varietà di cibi che gli asiatici adorerebbero e i occidentali apprezzerebbero. I ragazzi che cucinavano le uova hanno fatto un ottimo lavoro. I "benvenuti" del mattino erano straordinari! Le camere: molto confortevoli! È stata la migliore camera che abbiamo avuto in Vietnam.

Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt – direkt im Herzen des Altstadtviertels von Hanoi, was es einfach macht, die lebhaften Straßen, Cafés und Sehenswürdigkeiten der Stadt zu erkunden. Das Personal war unglaublich freundlich und aufmerksam und immer bereit zu helfen, mit einem Lächeln. Mein Zimmer war sauber, bequem und gut ausgestattet, mit durchdachten Details, die den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer machten. Das Frühstück war köstlich und bot eine großartige Mischung aus lokalen und internationalen Optionen. The hotel was very centrally located . Near many attractions and dining options . I found the staff extremely helpful especially the day and evening managers .
