The breakfast was excellent, and the hotel’s location in the centre of the Old Quarters was perfect - just a 5 to 10 minute walk from Beer Street Walking Street, the opera, the cathedral, and the puppet showplace, which deserves 100 points. However, the most amazing part was the staff; every team member was incredibly nice, always smiling, and eager to assist in any way they could.

I had a wonderful time at the Hotel Hanoi Royal Premium . The highlight of my stay was without a doubt the staff. Everyone was incredibly welcoming and always available to help with a smile on their faces. The room and bed were super comfortable and cozy. Ms. Anna the Sales Manager were super helpful and friendly! They even got me a doctor when I got a little sick for a day, and Ms. Anna helped me personally in the room during that time. It was exceptional service. Ms. Anna also helped in advance with our many tour plans, and during out stay the staff helped us switch one event around because of weather. They were all always cheerfully ready to help in any way. The breakfast food (and room service) was also delicious and food staff members friendly and helpful. The whole experience there was Marvelous!

The location of this hotel is perfect for the old town. The staff were fantastic, extremely helpful and let us shower after an extremely hot day exploring the city, before we got an overnight train. The room was a good size with a large comfortable bed.
