This is not a 4-star hotel as currently described. Rooms are smaller than described, hotel breakfast was in a separate sister hotel that you had to walk to, next to no services outside the typical hotel service to make up your room. Our room smelt of mold from the air conditioner. While water pressure was good, floors were very slippery and almost impossible to not get the bathroom more wet after a shower. Best thing that my partner liked about the hotel was the bidet attachment. Other than that, the location is supreme. Hotel is just ok.

Ciò che rende speciale questo hotel è, senza dubbio, il personale. Sono sempre sorridenti, parlano un ottimo inglese e sono genuinamente attenti. Quando ha iniziato a piovere, uno di loro ci ha subito portato degli ombrelli. Ci hanno aiutato a caricare i nostri bagagli nei taxi ogni volta che uscivamo, senza nemmeno doverlo chiedere. Abbiamo due bambini piccoli e sempre molte cose da trasportare, eppure il personale era sempre pronto a dare una mano prima ancora che potessimo pensare di chiedere. Abbiamo anche scoperto che il team è incredibilmente versatile — lavora alla reception, in cucina e aiuta anche nel servizio. Sono semplicemente persone meravigliose che ti fanno sentire davvero il benvenuto. Abbiamo finito per prolungare il nostro soggiorno e torneremo sicuramente in questo hotel ogni volta che verremo in Vietnam. Altamente consigliato!

Can't recommend this place highly enough. The staff were super helpful and accommodating. They even called the phone store guy nearby to visit so he could come install a Viet SIM for me (~$17 5 gig/day for 5 days with VinaPhone, has been a great option). Beds and rooms were comfy. Location-wise it's a walk to everything a tourist would see/do.

We originally booked 4 nights and were pleasantly surprised by the excellent value for money. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast was very good with flexible hours — perfect whether you’re an early riser or someone who likes to sleep in. We travel to Vietnam regularly (it’s my wife’s home country), so we’ve stayed in many hotels across the country — but this one truly stands out. What makes this hotel special is, without a doubt, the staff. They are always smiling, speak excellent English, and are genuinely attentive. When it started to rain, one of them immediately brought us umbrellas. They helped us load our luggage into taxis every time we went out, without us even having to ask. We have two young children and always a lot to carry, yet the staff were always there to lend a hand before we could even think of asking. We also discovered that the team is incredibly versatile — working at the reception, in the kitchen, and even assisting with service. They’re simply wonderful people who make you feel truly welcome. We ended up extending our stay and will definitely return to this hotel every time we come back to Vietnam. Highly recommended!

Il mio partner ha prenotato questo posto per il mio compleanno perché volevo un posto con una vasca da bagno! È stato favoloso, ci hanno fatto un upgrade alla camera con vista sulla città e la mia vasca era fantastica. Il letto era comodo con molti bei cuscini. Il personale, da Jimmy alla reception a Jammas che ci serviva la colazione e ci aiutava quando non riuscivamo ad accendere le luci, è stato tutto adorabile. Al mio ritorno ho trovato anche un bel biglietto e un vaso di fiori per il mio compleanno, così carino. Siamo stati 2 notti per coccolarci, ogni centesimo ne è valsa la pena.
