Chị Hoa lễ tân rất nhiệt tình, vì có bé nhỏ nên c giúp gia đình mình có phòng luôn dù mình check in sớm. C cũng tư vấn đặt chỗ trên bar xem máy bay tổng duyệt. Các bạn nhân viên trên bar rất tuyệt vời và nhiệt tình. Khung cảnh thì đẹp khỏi bàn rồi. Bathtub có chút vấn đề vì nước chỉ chảy qua vòi hoa sen chứ không từ vòi của bathtub.

Had an amazing time in Hanoi and room was spacious and clean. Receptionist Tony was also very attentive and showed us lots of hospitality. I'll highly recommend anyone looking for a convenient spot to stay in Old Quarters to try out Imperial Hotel & Spa.

We stayed at this hotel for one night after our Halong Bay cruise, and it was a fantastic experience. The room was beautifully designed, offering a stunning panoramic view of the lake, which made our stay even more special. The spa and gym facilities were excellent, providing a relaxing and enjoyable way to unwind after our trip. One of the highlights was the rooftop bar, which had a great atmosphere—perfect for evening cocktails and even a lovely spot for an afternoon lunch. The only small downside is that the hotel is a bit far from the Old Quarter, but if you’re looking for a peaceful stay with great amenities, this is a wonderful choice. Would definitely recommend it for a relaxing and comfortable stay!
