My top priorities when picking a hotel are: cleanliness/well maintained, quiet area but centrally located, and boutique or small-to-medium hotels a Splendid delivered this and more! The staff, Cindy and Happy, went above and beyond in the check in and check out process. The breakfast food was excellent - so much variety and all deliciously made. The rooftop views were absolutely incredible. I also really liked that it was walking distance from the central area but now IN IT; the location was perfect. The hotel is really well maintained and the room was very clean. I wish I would’ve spent all my time at this hotel (my poor planning is to blame). But if your priorities are like mine, I would HIGHLY recommend staying at Splendid. It was my favorite hotel stay!

We had a lovely first stay and were lucky enough to get an upgrade to a family room. The service from all the staff was excellent. It is a great place for families. The breakfast was very nice with a good variety, and with good views. The location is ideal for exploring. They are very helpful at the front desk, arranging us onward transfers including cars to Ninh Binh.

We used Splendid Premium as a base for our trip to Hanoi and the North of Vietnam. The staff were excellent, welcoming us back each time returned to the hotel. The location is convient close to the lake and the old town. We’ll definitely stay there again next time we’re in Hanoi.

The communication was excellent. We were greeted by Ty who gave us an amazing welcome and we got our room upgraded. We had dinner at the rooftop restaurant and the waiter was the best and food was delicious. When we left Lily was very pleasant so we are coming back for sure
