Perfect location near the lake and walking street! I loved being able to walk everywhere and enjoy the local scenery. My room featured a large, cozy bed that was perfect for recharging after sightseeing. The staff were a highlight—friendly and professional, they even managed my luggage during my late-night check-in and trip to the airport. Highly recommended!

First time coming to Vietnam. Hotel was wonderful. Everything is walking distance and stuffs are incredibly helpful. Hotel was very clean. I will miss the breakfast buffet 😢. Morning breakfast pho was amazing 👏 Thank you for making my trip amazing

I don’t understand how they had so many perfect reviews. Other 5 star rated locations were amazing. This one was tight inside. I credit them with taking amazing fisheye framed photos. They are real but highly warped and photoshopped with great lighting. The hotel is as pictured but is naturally darker and smaller. The rooms are strange. The showers drain into the bathroom floor to the other side to the drain under the toilet. We had two rooms. Both were the same. This made it gross on the floor and uneasy for anyone else to be in there to get ready. The hallways had service carts parked there all the time making the narrow hallways extra tight. The lobby is nice. The bigger waiting area in the back is very nice. The pool was a bit cold at 72*F. The roof has nice views. The food is sufficient. The service is great as the people in general are all service oriented. It served its purpose. I don’t think I will stay here again.

The staff and service are outstanding here!! They are very attentive to their guests. The breakfast has great variety and delicious food. It is conviently located and everything is within walking distance. The rooms are clean but you may eant to check them out once you get the key. Some are more maintained than the others. Also, for the premium rooms with a window, make sure you get a room on the right side where you can see the city. If not, you will be looking at the back of the building. Despite those issues, the staff and their excellent service makes up for any inconvience. They will go out of their way to help you have a comfortable stay.

The service is what makes this place outstanding! Everyone was extremely polite and helpful. The staff goes out of their way to make sure you are having a fantastic time. Mr Dong, who is at the front desk, helped us with everything! From recommendations and reservations to booking both of our tours, he was very patient and reliable for everything. Ms Cindy was a life saver, we had to prolong our stay for an extra day twice due to airline issues and they managed to accommodate us both times. Jacob and the rest of the front desk staff were as helpful, they all were very trustworthy. Our rooms were impeccable. We had a family room the first time an was big and super comfortable for the 3 of us (that room can accommodate up to 5). Then the 2nd time we had 2 separate rooms and both rooms were modern, clean and spacious. The 3rd time they helped us get the last room they had available (they were sold out) and provided an extra rolling bed. The room was big enough for 3 beds and had balcony overlooking the old quarter. The breakfast restaurant on the 10th floor was solid and everyone is on it. They also have a Spa which we highly recommend (there are a lot of sketchy places around that we tried and they were not good). The spa at the hotel was clean, nice and all the girls were polite, professional and knowledgeable. If you get a massage ask for SA, she’s an absolute Pro! We were extremely happy and pleasantly impressed with this Gem of a Hotel!
