The bedding had dead bugs on it and I pulled it immediately. The bathroom also had dead bugs. Someone entered my room without permission and I noticed the bugs were removed from the floor. Also, the check in process was chaotic. I am only giving it 3 stars because of the karaoke and amazing bartenders that entertained me on my birthday!

Very dated, smelled moldy and like weed. It just stunk. a lot of people that were staying there looked very trashy and transient. My kid picked this place because of the arcade and adventure dome. Which I agree was the best part of it. I wouldn’t ever stay here again though. The worst part was the constant harassment to do the time share in the lobby. I’m not kidding we were asked at least 10x. We couldn’t go in the lobby without being asked. We were so frustrated with that. Regular Staff was very friendly and nice.

It’s so convenient staying at this hotel as there are so many things to do inside the hotel. My children loved . The west tower rooms are the ones we stayed at and got a room with view to the street.

The entire place is gross and feels icky. I will never go here again. Some of the staff are rude. They give bad directions and act like you should know what they are talking about. Im surprised this hotel is still in business.

We stayed for 3 nights. No room cleaning ever during this period. So trash got full and tissues and towels were not restocked or changed. The elevator even broke down one day and they had to escort us up and down using maintenance elevators. Initially they even put us in a sketchy motel looking room with no elevator and a constant leaking bath faucet and weird smells. We had no choices but to upgrade but still old room, flint flying sheets, loud AC and not great soundproof. Will not come back
