"We stayed the weekend of Tortuga Music Festival, so the place was packed. However, I must say that the staff handled it perfectly. We felt well taken care of and welcomed. The attention was great - professional and kind. We want to thank all the staff for making it an amazing weekend, specially Jenna who went out of her way to make us feel at home. Overall, great experience."

"Terrible Property (especially at $350+ for the night)! Room looked absolutely nothing like the photos advertised (We had room 19). Bathroom was moldy, mat outside of shower was a rubber stained mat that I wouldn’t stand with sneakers on let alone barefooted. Sat on the bed and the mattress felt like it was a deflating air mattress. Floor was sticky and room stunk like a dirty mop. Checked out 15 minutes after arriving! Went to another property! "
