This hotel does not represent luxury. The staff was very kind and helpful but the hotel itself felt like 3 star and 4 star pricing. The pool area is dated and visibly run-down (ugly, cheap looking chairs with the paint peeling off of them) and to make things worse, while you’re “relaxing” by the pool, you look up and see the facade of the building peeling off - not to mention its small and filled with tons of screaming children. There is no hotel bar and the coffee shop is meh. I was shocked this group would put their name on this hotel but seeing as they did, I’d never consider staying at another one ever again. Too bad.

It’s fine. Not the best but good location. Staff was great. Other than the pool bar (closed at 5pm), there are no TVs anywhere on property except for your room. We stayed over NYE and wanted to watch some football. No such luck.

The oceanfront suite was stunning with two entrances to our private balcony. The staff was always responsive, kind and attentive. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would return in the future.

The experience fell far below the standard we expect from a Conrad property. 1. Excessive Wait for Room Despite Early Availability 2. Unreliable Wi-Fi Throughout the Stay 3. Resort Fee Not Aligned With Guest Count 4. Plumbing Issue and Persistent Odor on Our Floor 5. Lack of Support With Zebrya Plus Bicycles We chose the Conrad because of its reputation for exceptional service and this was well below what a 1 star hotel offers.
