Loft has new- all stainless steel appliances, washer and dryer in each unit, all new electrical, AC and plumbing. You will have access to gym and rooftop deck with amazing views of downtown!



The Space:

Interior of building has been completely overhauled with new electrical, plumbing, wiring, ac/heating and all the modern conveniences at the same time historic architectural details left in place! Exposed brick walls, lots of natural light, hardwood floors, beadboard ceilings etc.



Guest Access:

There is a gym as well as a rooftop deck with great views of downtown.



The Neighborhood:

Loft is situated a few blocks from Convention Center/Bartle Hall, Power & Light District, Sprint Center and River Market. The KC Streetcar that is free to ride is a short walk and will take you to River Market, Union Station, Crown Center with stops along downtown. 9 miles from Arrowhead Stadium and KC Royals Stadium!



Getting Around:

If you have a vehicle; here are your parking options:

1. There is paid 2 hr parking on the street M-F from 7am-6pm. Rate is .25cents per 15 minutes. It is free from 6pm to 7am and on weekends, Saturday and Sunday, you can park all day without having to move. All other street parking times are 2 hours paid parking. You can pay on the app Park KC, pay by text KC6315 to 53242 or pay at the nearest Kiosk. More ways to pay listed on the sign. Kansas City has updated the parking ordinance throughout the city *Please always follow the instructions on the posted parking signs.

2. There is paid parking on the lot next to the building. It is the 2nd driveway past the front door. The sign to the entrance says MIDCON MNGMT- PERMIT PARKING ONLY. There is a sign under the tree with a QR Code. You can pay for parking by scanning the QR code, entering your license plate number. You can choose an hourly option or per 24hrs for $10.00. There is usually plenty of parking.

3. Downtown Central Library garage is on 10th St. and Baltimore. They charge by the hour with a max of $10 per day. Address to the library is 14 West 10th St.



Other Things to Note:

Loft is fully stocked with all bedding, towels, shampoo, soap etc. There is a washer and dryer in the unit. Kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, pots, pans, utensils, coffee maker, toaster, blender etc. We provide you with coffee, creamer and sweetener!

Wonderful stay near downtown. It was such a convenient location for us, only a few blocks from the convention center and a short walk to the Kansas City Street Car which one can ride for free along a 2 mile stretch extending downtown from the River Market to University of Missouri Kansas City. The kitchen was well stocked. Access to the unit was extremely easy, and the host was most welcoming and supportive throughout the stay. We had absolutely no issues, so there was no reason to contact anyone. However, Olivia did check-in on us regardless, which was appreciated. Because we stayed in early January, it was a little cold for us to use the rooftop deck, but we did a quick look. It looked very nice. The unit is well placed near the gym, which we also didn't have time to use and the rooftop deck. The unit was clean and exactly as pictured. In our opinion, it actually seemed bigger than what was pictured which was a pleasant surprise. The unit is well stocked with essential things like, toilet paper, paper towels, tissues, soap, body wash, shampoo, laundry supplies, dishwasher soap, cookware, coffee, plasticware, creamer and filters. This is so appreciated because many other VRBOs DO NOT do a great job on this front.We had a great time. I only wish we had stayed longer. If we have to be in Kansas City again, we will DEFINITELY return.

If you love staying in downtown KC this is the place I would suggest. Tight security, close to some great restaurants, great food / liquor market at 13th and Main that has everything you will need. Kitchen was great, had everything to have Mexican one night with all the trimmings. Parking was not a concern, and Olivia was great with communications and answering the phone when we had a question. I definitely would stay here again if we were staying in the downtown area.Erich

Highly Reccomend this apartment, it had everything we needed and more! Olivia, the host was very warm and accomodating, could not ask for a better person to work with! Great Heating and Air Conditioning system. Both bathrooms very well stocked (no need to bring your own body wash, shampoo or conditioner - had wonderful professional supplies provided). Apartment was quiet, beds and bedding was great! Kitchen was fully stocked with everything you will need to fix a full meal, all you have to do is bring the food to cook. Don't need a car if just staying in downtown area as this apartment is just a few blocks from the free shuttle that takes you from one end to the other of the city (we had a rental car for our four day stay and never drove it other than from airport to apartment and back). Apartment is close to churches, CVS pharmacy, grocery store as well as restaurants and fast food places.

We traveled to Kansas City for the Chiefs/Texans game and stayed in this loft. It was perfect for our small group. Communication was excellent with the renter, the loft was extremely clean, and location was accessible to several bars and restaurants. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

This was a fantastic stay. I stayed here with a colleague for a conference and would absolutely come back. It is an incredibly convenient location with lots of restaurants and amenities in walking distance. The space itself was spacious, secure, safe, clean and extremely comfortable. It’s even bigger and prettier than the photos tbh. The hosts were communicative and helpful, and the price was exceedingly fair for a wonderful stay. This is the perfect spot for your next visit to Kansas City.

This amazing loft was the perfect spot for our stay in KC. We loved the character and the location was so close to many restaurants, P&L and other fun spots. We walked from T-Mobile Center after our concert. It was extra clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. The host was very organized and available for questions. Wonderful Cozy Condo!

Four of us went to KC to attend a KC Royals baseball game and stayed in this cozy condo. The place was really clean and had the desired amenities. It was also within walking distance of many restaurants and bars. Also, the rooftop lounge area was a great place to hang out.

Great Location!

The loft was perfect for our 2 couples. We didnt utilize much of what was there, but everything was as listed. Communication was great, parking was alright as there is no onsite parking, location was perfect only a few blocks from the convention center. We would stay here again.

Great place to stay for a cheer competition
