Everything went pretty smoothly, although the elevator is a little slow to get to the lobby sometimes. I had to use the stairs to get to my room the first time but it was fine every time after..

Overall, a lovely stay. Clearly, the strength of this hotel is the congeniality and warmth of the staff. While it is clean, there are definitely areas where upkeep could happen. When I checked in, the first room I got in, had been previously used by a smoker. I had to change rooms and given the hotel’s non-smoking policy, it was curious.

Wonderful hotel! There are TWO Indigo hotels & we went to the wrong one first... This one was great! Art deco feel, spacious room, quiet, comfy bed. Valet service was exceptional! Only thing we didn't like was the shower - you can adjust the head, but it still sprayed outside onto the floor - just odd.

Place is extremely nice, clean and great staff!! Water for shower isn’t hot enough and the parking is difficult, can pay $40 day for valet or use a parking garage that can add up. It is very convenient to walk to so many things. Easy to get on the street cars to get around.
