Guest services were very nice informative, hotel was very clean.Room was very clean. The only thing I had a problem with was.I couldn't remember when breakfast.What times it was being served?And I tried calling down around nine and my phone wouldn't dial the front desk.It had a dial tone but it wouldn't go through to the front desk.It was dead air, so I had to get dressed.Go down there to find out that it was closed.That was the only problem I had.

Everything was amazing, EXCEPT the fact we couldn't control our heat. 4 degrees outside, the bed was next to a window that wasn't sealed very well and our heat was at 64 degrees. Called the main deck & they said they controlled it. He turned it up to 71 degrees. Woke up freezing in the the middle of the night and it was set on 64 degrees again. Had to call the front desk again to get them to turn it up so we could shower. In all my years of traveling this is a first. Guests should be able to control the temperature in their rooms.
