Everything was clean and tidy. Staff friendly and helpful. We had four issues so I gave 4 stars instead of 5. #1 the bathroom vent was not working, we had a humid room after showering #2 the airconditioner made a rattling noise when the ac blower (fan) shut off. That gets annoying when you are a light sleeper. #3 The beds could definitely be softer. #4.When we arrived the tv would not turn on, we looked and tried to troubleshoot it before calling the front desk. They ended up sending the shuttle driver. Turns out that what we thought was the power cable was to something else and the tv cord was unplugged and behind the very heavy tv center/refrigerator stand. There was no way I could have moved that on my own. Other than those which were not deal breakers, we had a good stay and enjoyed our dinner at the restaurant off the lobby. Particularly loved that the parking was gated. My special requests were met and I would return to stay if I needed to be near the Airport again.

Issue with wrong room assigned at check in. Issues with both sets of keys not programmed for correct number of nights. Elevator out of order.

Lucy was very helpful in setting up park and fly arrangements. The room was comfortable.We appreciated the shuttle service to the airport. The options for snacks or bottled water/drinks were very expensive and limited. We went to a restaurant at a nearby hotel and were offered free bottled water as we left there.

This was a very nice hotel stay for the price. I was looking specifically for a hotel with an indoor pool and the facilities did not disappoint. The man at the front desk was so friendly and personable, as well as the woman who was working the restaurant that evening. My biggest complaint would have to be the scent that was all over the open areas. It was a bit overpowering. But beside that, we really enjoyed our stay here.
