When I went to shower in the morning the bottom of the bathtub was covered in dirt. I took a chance when I selected a Best Western hotel. I don’t know that I will ever be able to trust a Bedt Western hotel in the future."

With batter cleaning and stocking of essentials, the stay could have been much more enjoyable. "
