"Breakfast was very disappointing—there were very limited choices and it was the same menu every day. The coffee was also quite bad. On the positive side, parking was convenient and the staff were courteous and helpful. Unfortunately, the room had a strong, unpleasant fishy odor, which made the stay uncomfortable overall."

"Much upkeep was needed for this hotel. would not recommend. Breakfast in a bag is not what anyone's idea of a continental breakfast. The parking lot had huge potholes everywhere. The room and hallways had spackle and water stains everywhere. Not Ideal. The bathroom needs a lot of TLC, the toilet had a crack in it. rust everywhere. "

"Besides the air conditioning unit having issues which did not bother us as it was already freezing cold out anyways. The internet was spotty. But we used my.hotspot and we were fine it was only 1 night anyways."

"Check in was very easy. My room with the King Bed was very large. The bathroom is spacious and has a large counter for all my beauty products. There is a mini fridge and microwave. The area is very quiet. I faced the parking lot, apt buildings and houses . There are rooms that face Tonnelle Ave, but, the hotel is on a hill. The Breakfast is delicious. There was cereal, scambled eggs, bacon, toast, waffles, fruit, yogurt, tea, coffee, juice, and water. Walking distance if you like to walk is Target, Wawa and a few other eateries. They are a short drive too. This is a great hotel for families, solo, or business travel."

"Awful! They are not deaf friendly I talked my lawyer and sue there because they hang up on phone and not accept inerprter on phone because i am deaf and lost my money i did called there before changed date 24 hour before they wont accept me on phone w interprter they hang up. Bad bad i sue "
