The bathroom was not clean .dried blood running down the toilet seat.manager caught an attitude because I complained and he had to give me another room so he said he didn’t have available. The room I moved into bathroom was still dirty and the shampoo and conditioner was already used sitting on top of the shower on each corner.towels that was given to us was dirty. I will not be staying there no more.

Hooker smell. If anyone is unsure what that smells like, then I'm here to explain it for you. Hooker smell is perfume, cigarette smoke and disparity. Worst hotel I ever stayed at. Where to begin. Well, the room wasn't very clean, hair on the sheets, No bugs though, so I'll take that as a win. The bed was dirty enough that we slept in our clothes on top of the sheets. Now..apparently someone in the past has really enjoyed this bed because the headboard had struck the wall many, many times and the repair wasn't very good. "Free Breakfast" well, there isn't any breakfast except for OJ amd Apple juice. The coffee machine was busted but the hotel has thought this through. The caffeine jolt you would have gotten from the coffee is offset by having no hot water to shower in and I'm here to tell you, the cold shower will most definitely wake you up, no caffeine needed. A few of us asked for extra blankets and pillows, after a few awkward moments of silence we were all told that they don't have any and if you want extra towels, you'll have to ask the cleaning staff..ya..good luck finding them and when you do they won't understand what you mean. So tough for you, i guess. The vending machines are all busted and the ice machine room looked like something out of a SAW movie. Didn't have my car stolen though, so Yeah for me. Anyways, don't stay here, its not worth it.

It is a crappy room. The heater didn’t work so he gave me a little space heater that barely made any difference. I had a double up on my kids blankets so the next day I told him I just wanted to refund for the following day and left. This was sat. I have still yet to receive my money back for the deposit and from Expedia. I will not use either of them again.

The room was abhorrently neglected. We refused to stay the night. We found clumps of hair on the floor, the dust in the bathroom fan was 1/8" thick and there was some sort of smell they were attempting to cover up. We were in the room less than 10 minutes. I understand Super 8 is a budget hotel, but this was downright dirty and neglected.

First thing, the hotel was disgusting, no hot water, we could feel the cold air coming from the windows. Also when we made the reservation it was written FREE BREAKFAST. That was a lie, when we got there, we ask where to go for the free breakfast he told us theres no breakfast only coffee....we didn't stay the 2 days because of all of those reasons...Worst hotel!!!

Absolutely terrible experience. We checked in and checked out within 7 minutes because the property was nothing like the photos and felt completely unsafe. The doors to the rooms are outside, the area felt sketchy. We didn’t use the room, didn’t use the bathroom, and didn’t stay at all — but the staff still tried to charge us and refused to refund the deposit. Very unprofessional and unacceptable. We chose this hotel because it was near MetLife Stadium, but the actual conditions were nothing like what was advertised. If safety, cleanliness, and honesty matter to you, do NOT stay here.
