I selected this hotel because it had an indoor pool. However, upon checking-in, I found out the pool was closed for renovations. There was no mention of this on the hotel’s page and when I asked the front desk about being reimbursed/compensated for this inconvenience, they told me that there was nothing they could do since I had already checked in.

This appears to be an old Embassy Suites that has been bought out. The rooms were clean, fairly quiet, staff was great. They do need to lay off the Indian oils/fragrance/air freshener. It’s really strong! People with allergies or sensitivity to smells such as myself or worse will have a hard time. I was thankful they provide a fan In the rooms but no access to fresh air as we could not open a window or anything.

The hotel is old and in need of refreshment. Everything is outdated, visible wear and tear. The breakfast is basic, limited and every morning (4days) always the same. Staff is working hard to keep this hotel alive. The price for the holiday season is too high and it doesn’t reflect the condition of the property. Bathroom looks very old and unprofessionally maintained and fixed. Faucets, tab and vanity look like a bathroom in two star motel from 80s.
