Was shabbier than what I expected. Parking is not on site. It’s in a shared lot next door with very little parking. The hallways are dark and gloomy. The breakfast was ok. Could not adjust room temperature and was pretty hot at night. Toddler was up all night. Interior is old. Bath was ok. Place was clean enough so we stuck it out for 2 nights

I do not recommend this hotel. The staff was unprofessional, and the pool was unusable due to being extremely cold. We checked out after only 2 hours. Despite leaving immediately, management has refused to process a refund for our unused stay.

Staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast options were good but the taste was just ok. The location and hotel was overall great lots of room in the room and having two king size beds was amazing. My biggest complaint is the shower it made a very loud noise throughout the shower that could be heard in all the rooms around us, and in order to have good water pressure and reduce the noise for my daughter I had to hold in the stopper for her the whole time

The hotel was in fair condition. However it definitely needs improvements our room door handle broke, we had to get our shower fixed and we saw others got stuck in one of the elevators! When we arrived the counter person couldn’t really speak great English or communicate well. He made a mistake and charged our card 5X in a row. Causing our bank to lock our card. So we had to sit in the Lobby for an Hour and be embarrassed while we waited on the phone to clear it up with our bank’s customer service!! Loud Music playing next door at the expo center and kids running around at 12:30am. If all that wasn’t enough Breakfast felt like we were in jail with wardens walking around watching everyone’s last move. Like someone wanted to steal a subpar breakfast. We felt bad for the waitstaff employees who are treated terribly and face racism by management this was vey disappointing and disgraceful I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone I would give it a 0 if I could!!!
