We did not travel into NYC but were there to see family 5 minutes away with our 3mo old. We did not have to interact with staff often because of how easy it is to go to and from your room in the parking garage, but those we did talk to were very kind. The room was clean and spacious. The best part was, as I mentioned, how easy it was to get you in from the third floor parking to our room on the ninth floor. The elevators in the parking garage take you directly up to the room level and so it is easy to get all of our stuff, including a portable bassinet and stroller to and from the room every day as we visited family. We will be back!

It's a fantastic place to stay near New York, and the staff are friendly and very helpful with any services. Highly recommended for anyone visiting New York and New Jersey who wants to travel frequently to either location.
