The only reason I am giving two stars is because of the nice man at the front desk, who was very sympathetic and accommodating every time. Our first night there we go to check in and the lady tells us we have to pay for all six days ($900) upfront in order to stay there. We were never told this then the first day we left to go to the city and came back and our keys weren’t working. We were told that the battery on the door was broken and maintenance. Would be up at 8 AM to fix it. We were told that every single day because it was never fixed and every single day we had to have security go up with us in the cold to let us in. They never fixed the door. The staff was rude with the exception of the one man upfront and the security guards who are also very sympathetic and nice we will not be back.

I was there for 2 weeks and they did not clean my room once. They did not refresh towels, did not take out the trash, did not offer and toilet paper, no changing sheets, no sweeping or vacuuming....nothing. I booked the premium room and was given a basic when i first got there, they claimed that is what expdia sent to them was a basic room, they were nice enough to switch my room to a premium but nothing that was listed under premium was offered. Very disappointed and unsure why i paid extra for premium.

Staff often seemed more intetested in phones than service. Bill was $60 over price promised, with only $50 showing on receipt as deposit. Door very dafty.

The room immediately smelled like stale cigarettes when we walked in. That made it hard to sleep. There was trash around the the nightstand not from us already and it looked like it needed a better vacuum job. Otherwise the staff were kind and got us what we needed and allowed us to extend check out by one hour and understood when we explained the smoke smell to them.

I paid for upgraded bedding and snacks, and none of those were provided, when we had to go to front desk to request them an attitude was displayed, additionally the tv never worked, when we requested to have someone look at it we were just offered to change rooms since there was no technician, poor experience in general.

I was very disappointed with my recent stay. The first room we were given had a bathroom that was clearly not cleaned — there was hair everywhere, which was unacceptable. We requested a new room, but the second room had no towels. When we called to request towels, it took hours for them to be brought up. On top of that, the room had a very unpleasant odor, a mix of mildew and a strong body odor, which made the stay extremely uncomfortable. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I would not stay here again.
