"I am not sure what was going on, but it seemed as though every teenager in the city was at the hotel on Saturday night and it was mass hysteria. No masks, no one directing traffic, staff seemed aloof and disconnected. And it felt as if the hotel was overbooked. I was told on Sunday morning that there were no clean wash clothes because they were being “washed” and dried. It was 11:30am. It took over an hour to get a razor and eventually BATH towel. But no wash clothes. Was really disappointed in the experience. BUT, late Sunday night and early Monday morning, it was as though it was a different hotel. Was not an idea investment of my money and stay. "

"I had to request twice for linen and clean towels to be brought to my room. The nice young lady did promptly fulfill my request and brought the linen and towels, although her shift had ended."

"There was not enough parking spaces in the hotel garage, had to pay for parking across the street that I wasn't expecting to have to pay. I also was disappointed to the fact that I requested some fresh towels, I was told they would send someone up, but they didn't come. I left, and came back, still no fresh towels. Had to call back and make another request before some came to bring them. 14 hrs after my 1st request"
