I live only a few miles away, but I love doing weekend staycations at Mint House Dallas. It is a short, easy ride on the DART train, making it very convenient. The rooms are clean and well-equipped, but the highlight is definitely the incredible view of the Dallas skyline from the large windows. The Tuft & Needle mattresses are also very comfortable. Since the hotel is located within Santander Tower, the gym is shared with the residents of Peridot. It is a really well-equipped space, and while it can get busy during peak hours, it is usually completely empty during my 5:00 AM workouts. If you happen to book a smaller room that doesn't have a dedicated work desk, the building’s business center is fantastic. It has a conference room and private work booths that are perfect for getting some remote work done in a quiet environment.

Centrally located downtown Dallas, nice, clean room with a great view! Only stayed two nights with my partner but definitely would have stayed longer if we could have. I do wish parking was included, but it is a public garage, so I understand. Overall, I was impressed and happy especially for the nightly rate!

My wife and I stayed at Mint House Downtown Dallas and were extremely disappointed with the accommodations. When we arrived, the room was clearly not properly cleaned. There was a popped balloon, confetti, and fake flower petals on the floor and under the bed. One of the beds was broken, and the floor underneath it was severely damaged. In the master bedroom, the lamps were broken and did not have functioning switches to turn them on or off. The master bathroom shower would not get hot at all, and the water pressure throughout the unit was poor. The in-unit laundry was also an issue. The dryer did not work properly and had to be run for several hours just to dry clothing. During our stay, we experienced no trash pickup and no room cleaning. I also called to request additional coffee packets, which were never delivered. Additionally, the website is misleading. It states that Monarch Restaurant is located in the same building, which is not true. Overall, the lack of cleanliness, maintenance issues, poor amenities, and inaccurate information made this a very frustrating stay. We will not be returning and would not recommend this property based on our experience.

This is not a hotel it is a short term rental apartment. There is no staff onsite to assist you. Everything was done by email or text. There was no assistance with parking. The parking garage was not easy to find. We had to take 3 elevators to get to our room. No one to assist with luggage. We needed more towels and there was no one to ask to get them. If you wanted housekeeping you had to text and give 24 hour notice. There wasn't anything like coffee or even bottle water for you. We were expecting room service and had to end up using Door Dash and take the 3 elevators to the building lobby to get our pizza. When we called to tell them we were checking out early they did not even try to do any service recovery make things right. They didn't even offer any kind of reimbursement. The only good thing was the view at night.

The check in was the worst ever, and the call center was not helpful. About the parking worst too, nobody helped me, looks like a business office that they have rooms available and want to rent like a hotel, but the experience is like a Airbnb. The rooms are nice with good views.
