Had an overnight layover in dallas and the way home from mexico. Mint house was a perfect spot to chill out. Private bar looked cool, unfortunately I was too tired to check it out

Room clean and city views are incredible from the high floor, so glad we had corner room with full windows on two sides. Staff onsite not found at their station during hours posted. A/C stopped working in summer heat, texted for help and happy with prompt response and fast repair. It would be helpful to tell us we need to hit # after room check in. Arriving after hours and not easily getting in room could have been bad, glad we figured it out. You must hit # on door keypad after code. Building safe, clean and most comfortable. Surrounding areas had many homeless and smell of urine and human waste in more than one sidewalk.

Located on the 49th and 50th floors of Santander building mint house feels like a luxury hotel with the best views i have experienced. I have stayed in Mint house nashville before and loved it but this was a step above. The only negative for me was the shower was a nightmare to get temperature right and i had to duck to get under it. Im only 6ft not a giant.

Nice hotel but minimum to no check in instruction

It has really nice amenities and it was great stay but the instructions on checking in and out are horrible. It is difficult to navigate to check in if you’re the first time here. Particularly using the parking garage were a little bit unclear. We had to call them a few times to make sure we figured it all out. They will tow your car if you don’t register beforehand, be careful!

Perfect stay for a concert at the Majestic.

Went to a concert just a few blocks down from the Mint House. We walked to a restaurant and then to the concert. It was a perfect evening. The room was clean and inviting. Great view. We enjoyed our stay and will be back again.

The ability to check in with the front desk attendant is essential for a positive hotel experience. The relationship between the guest and the front desk staff sets the tone for the entire stay. Removing the check-in process and replacing it with a virtual assistant is not only inconvenient but also illogical. The absence of a bellman or a front desk attendant is simply absurd.
