Room furnishing is scuffed, bathroom too Need updating carpet areas and ensure team cleans, our room had hair in the bathroom and dirty counter in the room with crumbs. Pillows are subpar for hotel and mattress is lumpy one one side. Walls are paper thin and doors are too heavy that slamming all note keeps guest awake. Bathroom sliding doors do not allow for privacy. Auto Light under bed nice idea but too bright

Clean hotel. Area felt safe. Hotel sits right next to the train tracks and the train runs all night - very loud. Beds are very firm. Electrical outlets for phone chargers are only on the side of the bed against the wall. Poor lighting in bathroom and bedroom for doing makeup (only ambient lighting everywhere). Bar area is very boring. Only 1 server and 1 bartender on a weekend night - very difficult to get drinks, plus there wasn’t any music and they kept the TVs on mute, so it just felt like an awkward atmosphere.

Had drinks at the bar and decided to stay for a burger—which was delivered quickly and was delicious! Our waitress was very friendly and solicitous. Our breakfast waitress was wonderful, super friendly and again, kept us with fresh and hot coffee and checked in often.
