"Clean room and nic supper and breakfast but 4 items to be noted:-
1) Internet was very intermittent and I get going off line and having to sign in again. Other customers made the same complaint as I did to the front desk. They finally stopped saying it was my laptop and said they'd look into it
2) The Regatta restaurant did not have a Wine and Cocktail list with prices which is unacceptable. No list at all.
3) The electronic key to our room did not work on a number of occasions.
4) We tried to set the room temp at 68F as instructed but it always went back to 70F
Please forward me the responses from the Hotel - specially re the Internet that needs serious fixing.
