Check in was quick and simple. The room was it cleaned properly, and there was a used jar of salsa left in the little fridge. The room was pleasant and the round couch was very convenient for movie watching. However, at 9am after we had stayed for the night, a member of housekeeping walked right into our room, without knocking. We checked out quickly after that, annoyed and feeling invaded.

The first room, 200, was by the stairwell. The door to the stairwell was very loud and shook our door every time it opened and closed. There were a lot of families with kids, I believe it was a couple hockey teams, so the kids kept using the stairwell. No fault of the kids or families, but I notified the front desk about the noise. I had asked to move rooms since the door was so loud and obnoxious. The front desk clerk had asked me if I laid in the bed, so I did let her know I sat on it. We only had the room for less than 30min. She told me she couldn’t switch rooms. I argued that it was a hotel issue that needs to be fixed and demanded to get another room or I will deny the charges. Out of obvious reluctance, she gave us another room. Just so happens our neighbors were super loud kids up until 10:30pm, but at least they were quiet through the night. The bed and amenities in the room were good and comfortable. Service needs some work and they really need to fix all the stairwell doors.

Was pulling out the sofa bed for my daughter to sleep in, when a used condom fell on the floor. Reported to staff who made me feel as if it was a hassle to come clean it up. They refused to provide a discount but did give me a new room. The new room was no better stains all over the carpet and sofa. The room and hallways smelled of weed. Ended up sleeping in car 1st night then booking a different hotel the 2nd night and ended up paying both hotel bills. 100% will not return.

Room was fine. Bathroom had dark hair in it and we are all blonde. There is no breakfast and I was told they do not have their license yet even though there are signs for breakfast all over the hotel and it was advertised on the site at booking. I was told I could only have two towels for four people.

It’s ok and inexpensive

You promote having continental breakfast but you only serve coffee. There was no water dispenser in lobby. I paid for my dog but didn’t get PAWs welcome letter. No poop bags in dispensers. TV didn’t connect to internet. Courtyard was nice. Room was clean and enough room for 4.
