Room lock definitely needs attention. Booked two queens- these are double beds 😑 I specifically book only queens or larger. The room is not in great condition- hanging bath math looks gross, the chair is stained, the floor trim to the door is just sitting there, and I’m sure there’s several other things that just haven’t been seen yet due to our late arrival. Overall, very displeased.

Front desk was super helpful when the bathroom ceiling leaked. I cannot appreciate her help enough. Housekeeping was non-existent. I checked in Monday, moved to a new room Thursday and my room was not cleaned any of the days I was in my first room. Trash backs from rooms were left outside rooms. Bath towels were left outside rooms. It looked like if you didn't leave trash or towels outside your room, your room wouldn't be serviced. It was extremely odd to see and a bit unsettling. My first room was propped open when I arrived by the wall lock. The HVAC (wall control) reset during the day to 63 which was insane to come back to since it was 18 outside. It took an hour for the room to get back to temp (71) to be able to sleep. Needless to say, this is the last time I stay at this hotel.

The room wasnt all that warmy some spot wasn't clean,a big gap under the door 🚪 i barely had breakfast,everything was almost finish when i went at 9am to eat. I end up had some toast. The eggs was dry.
