Smoking rooms limited to 4th floor but lobby and common spaces throughout smell of smoke. Room looked tired with attempted repaint fresh paint splatter on the floors of bathroom and guest room. Resurfaced bathroom tub looked unforessionally done. Traffic noice based on proximity to major highway and street route. Bring earplugs. Not very cozy for kids and family stay
