4th year in a row staying here and we LOVE it! Friendly staff, the awesome activities like pool tables, darts, basketball hoop!, pool/hot tub etc never disappoint. The building itself is gorgeous and the rooms are always clean and comfortable. We can't wait to come back!

Ask for maid service (only offered every 2 days), maid said she would clean room. Was gone all day and never cleaned. Had to leave the room at 5 pm for them to come back and clean, they leave at 6 pm. If we hadn't come back b4 6 pm we would have never received it. Never got a receipt on check out, was told it would be automatic. No email, still nothing. Room needs updating. Wallpaper falling off ceiling, chairs worn out. Very poor!
