Your booking portal with that hotel is terrible. The poor woman at the front desk had to hunt for it because 3rd party bookings don't show up properly. Other than that the stay was perfecttly fine.

The staff did not do a great job at controlling the dozens of loud guests roaming the hallways and lounge until early hours in the morning. Additionally I’m assuming another guest accidentally checked out my room instead of theirs and the receptionist was condescending and short when I tried to make sense of the mix up. I also did not appreciate the knock on my door 4-5 hours before checkout asking me if I was ready check out.
