"Overall, we had a great stay at Wyndham Alltra Playa del Carmen. The resort was clean, the staff was friendly and attentive, and the amenities and food were very enjoyable. The adults-only atmosphere and location were definite highlights. The only downside was the room size. Although we paid the same price and had the same package/bundle as the rest of our family, our room was noticeably about half the size of theirs, which was a bit disappointing. Aside from that, everything else met or exceeded expectations, and we still had a very pleasant experience."

"It was a quick walk from terminal 1 & once we arrived, everything was excellent. The people at the front desk were very courteous, professional and friendly. The food at the restaurant was delicious and the staff was marvelous. Definitely will be returning. "
