I never had the opportunity to stay in the hotel. We had a flight cancelled and needed a room for the same night. I made a quick reservation and messed up the date . As soon as I got the confirmation I saw my mistake with the date being wrong. We walked to the hotel. I was told that it was non refundable. I called Orbitz to see if they could help. They called the hotel and were told that they would not allow the cancellation. That simple mistake cost me $150. I will Never stay at this hotel when I am visiting Mexico City! This is an example of poor customer service and a lack of compassion.

Overnight stay for an early flight, the hotel has a bridge connecting to T1, so no need for transportation. The room was a bit dated but clean, didn’t like the glass door to the bathroom.

It is very convenient since is connected via a bridge to the airport. Reception is nice and bar has live music. Rooms need an upgrade. It’s just old. Price is reasonable and has a pool that is heated and has a nice view to the airport.
