"The hotel staff at check‑in was very helpful, but the checkout experience was disappointing. Early in the morning, the staff member seemed more focused on cleaning the counter than acknowledging me, and he appeared bothered when I returned my room key and requested a printed receipt.
Both front automatic doors were broken, so all guests had to use the side entrance. The airport shuttle service was excellent, running every 30 minutes. The in‑room TV guide was confusing, and there was no printed guide available. I was also surprised to be charged $15 for “secured overnight parking” when parking was simply in an open lot.
The bedroom itself was cozy and quiet. Not the hotel’s fault, but travelers should know that a taxi from the State Farm Center cost nearly $100—plan ahead."
