Everyone was fantastic at customer service. The breakfast was yummy and the pool is a great amenity we experienced during the holiday weekend. Paul was exceptional at porter service for our stay. Front desk agent Tamara greeted us with a smile and very polite. I now have my preferred hotel to stay when visiting Atlanta from DC.

Room 343 had bedbugs which I only noticed after being absolutely eaten alive. I am also having allergic reactions to a lot of the bites. Lots of mold on the bathroom ceiling too.

Cops with lights blazing when we pulled up from the airport. Front staff was amazing when a ton of us showed up from cancelled flights. Other than that, sketchy place!
