This is the second time we stayed here and again everything was perfect, staff friendly, room clean, breakfast was excellent, and best of all they are pet friendly so I had my baby with me. We had a river view balcony and even though on River street down away from the activity. Rooftop bar is beautiful, heated pool on the roof, this place lacks nothing, will stay again.

Room was nice and spacious. Ours overlooked a rooftop garden and the river. The staff were very pleasant with a special shout out to the folks in the breakfast room. We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to our next Savannah vacation.

Excellent location,large rooms compared to competitors.The breakfast is always nice and I loved capping off the night at the rooftop bar. My only complaint would be the $50/valet parking fee (offseason) seems a bit much.

The room was clean. The staff was not on the same page with information shared. At first approach we barely got a hello before we were told we could check in early for $25. We were told the rooftop bar was not opened due to rain only to find out it had been open after all. Unfortunately there was no other dining option on premises. We did not get clean towels until we asked and we had to physically go and get them ourselves. I expect much more from a Hilton company. Would not recommend.

I got sick and needed to go home a day earlier. The hotel and Expedia denied my request to either change my reservation to the day before or to cancel my reservation, blaming each other. I had travel insurance and was still denied! What good is having that? I will never use Expedia or go to that hotel chain again.
