Every member of staff was consistently kind, welcoming, and attentive — not only to us but also to our dog, which made the stay even more special. The beds are incredibly comfortable, with high-quality sheets and pillows that make for a perfect night’s sleep. The water pressure in the shower was excellent as well — a small detail that really made a difference after long days exploring the city. The only minor suggestion would be to add more places to hang used towels in the bathroom. Overall, we felt truly comfortable, well looked after, and genuinely welcomed throughout our stay. A big thank you to the entire team and the General Manager for a job very well done!"
