Room was clean and bed comfortable and the air con was effective. However, our room was still not serviced when we came back at 3pm so had to ask them and wait. Only one cup was cleaned and the other was left dirty with coffee still inside. Over two nights they only gave us one coffee sachet for two people and was decaf. Towels not replaced either. Staff in cocktail bar lazy and indifferent. Cocktails expensive and poorly made.

Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing, and we ended up checking out only hours after check in, despite having paid in full for 3 nights. Several key details were not clear based on the information and photos provided. Firstly, the lobby of the hotel is on the 9th floor (above the room floors). The ground level entrance, while requiring a hotel card to access the elevator, only had a single security guard. This setup felt misleading and made the property feel insecure. The triple room layout was awkward and uncomfortable for 3 guests, not at all what we expected based on the photos and the description. Specifically, there was a small, transparent door for the shower and a small door for the toilet, but the bathroom was otherwise open and not private. The lobby setup also felt stuffy and small, and the floor hallways felt dark. As a group of three women, we did not feel comfortable for all of these reasons and left hours after arriving. Overall, the property's description and reviews felt misleading to us, and we would advise future guests to look closely at the hotel and room setup before booking, particularly if these features are important to you.

This hotel was conveniently located to the Gran Via, and everything we wanted to see in Madrid was a walkable distance. There is 24 hour staffing at the front entrance, which I appreciated, as it helped us feel safe. We also loved the breakfast. There were so many options, and all of them were delicious! The room was spacious and clean, and the bed was comfortable. We enjoyed cocktails on the rooftop pool/terrace area. My only complaint is the bathroom. There was very little sink space, so getting ready in the morning took a bit of creativity. The water closet was almost impossible to use, especially for my husband, who is 6'5". Keep that in mind if you are a tall or large person- you might not fit! In addition, the glass door provided little to no privacy. As a very private person, this was uncomfortable for me.

Loud and busy area in the center of all the action. Rooms are small and bathrooms aren’t very private if you’re sharing a room with another person. It’s a good location for your first visit to Madrid and the rooftop bar and pool are great. Free breakfast with Expedia was an excellent bonus.
