The hotel is fine, clean, great breakfast and welcoming staff. But the room’s amenities are not convenient- toilet and shower have almost see through glass doors which did not close completely and sink inside the room. The area around is not great in the evening

The staff was a little was not too friendly around the bar area. However, Oleh from the bar was great. In the reception area: monica, susana and david were very nice as well. In the sessions restaurant (for breakfast) - jimena was the best! Would have been a better experience if the staff was nicer. Very clean, the decor was beautiful and comfortable.

Great hotel and staff! The rooms are a bit small. All the amenities were perfect. The only issue we had was with the toilet. It broke 3 times during our 6 day stay. When called in, a maintenance person came quickly to repair. The roof top bar has an incredible view of the sunsets - would definitely stay there again.

Excellent hotel with good sized, quiet rooms. Staff were excellent especially at breakfast - and the breakfast itself was also good. Location is pretty decent close to the three big museums and also walkable to Lavapiés, La Latina and central areas. Would recommend and would stay again.

We found it was very expensive with little amenities available without cost. The terrace was booked for a private party and so we were squandered to a corner with little visibility and no service. We had a package dropped off and we’re not notified about it Location is good for seeing things, but overall experience wasn’t outstanding for the amount paid- most expensive in our 10 day trip and it was for only one night.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Hard Rock Madrid! Spacious and super quiet rooms. Walking distance to the Atocha Train Station and the metro. We certainly would return again.

Room was cleaned every day, staff friendly and helpful. When i requested 2 double beds, i meant 2 separate beds. Not 2 beds together, same as king bed. Also i didn't like that bathroom sink was in the room, very inconvenient. No shops nearby except supermarket and small mom/pap stores. The center, plaza mayor like 35-40 min walk. In general the sray was pleasant.
