No concierge to get help. Room Serve took over an hour and being hung up on once. Tiny room for the price. Housekeeping did a good job. Daniel at the front desk was amazing. The breakfast was overcrowded and very little to No service. Just an ok selection The elevators are extremely small and took a long time to get to the floor and were normally full. They were under staffed all the way around. Wouldn’t recommend them.
