Good Value in Heart of Madrid

Nice hotel centrally located, friendly staff, check in smooth, magnetic keys are hyper sensitive I kept having to replace them, which meant going back down to the lobby after finding out the key didn’t work (this happened three times). Breakfast was included and it was one of the very best I have had—excellent selection of fresh fruit, buffet style savory delights, local meats, juices, yogurt, all sorts of stuff. received a complimentary upgrade to a larger room, shower was good, water pressure strong, coffee machine always full of water, little box of candy with turndown service on the first night. All in all very pleasant and a good value, can recommend.

It is close to everything and convenient to go around. You don’t need a car. Although the room is a little bit small but is very clean. I am coming back Madrid in 10 days and I am staying there again.

Wonderful hotel that exceeded expectations

Great hotel in good location. Right across from Sevilla metro. Rooms very well appointed and all amenities including a nespresso machine. One of the best breakfasts I have had in madrid. Staff are polished and everyone says good morning. Woujd highly recommend if you can get a good price
