Unfriendly staff for the most part. Although there are numerous things to mention, so many were posted from my first stay, Three things really stand out this time. 1) was stopped before entering elevator with 3 other guests and questioned about who we were and where we were going. Never saw anyone one else treated that way. 2) a friend stoped by and eventuality went to use the ladies room in the lobby and once inside the the cleaning person started banging on her door telling her to get out. There were no indication to not enter. She was visibly upset especially when there was another lady of a lighter shade also using the restroom without incident. 3) At approximately 6:30am i was awakend by a call from the from desk stating that they were calling the police on me regarding a visitor. Not being fluent in spanish i hung up when down to find out what was going on. Apparently someone had a visitor that overstayed the 5 am limit and they thought that it was me. Upon examination it was someone else and i left the desk with no apology. Later i found out it was someone in room 1613 and i was in 1013. This is the second time staying in this new hotel and i will never return. As a professional black american man that has traveled the world extensively for 40 years, this has been by far the worst experience i have had.

I had a great time staying in this hotel in Cartagena. Location was accessible to everything . Staff were so nice and accommodating . Breakfast was good .

Hotel was nice but with the exception of a few the staff was unfriendly yet professional. Shower Water was hot but sink water was premixed and lukewarm. With only 2 elevators you were always waiting and it was always crowded. Breakfast was average or lower and it was crowded and people waiting around for seating. Also they charge for espresso. Housekeeping was excellent and friendly. The lobby bar was very expensive. You need a key to get to your floor so there is that extra level of security.

The staff were very attentive and helpful. Everyone was super friendly and happy to help. There was a few language barrier situations however everything was always understood. There are several people trying to sell you things at all times from taxi drivers in the lobby, at the front, and around the town. I was there early August 2025 and they were still completing construction in the front. The buildings next-door were still being renovated and several times at night. We would see a lot of rats and roaches, they would never be inside, but just very close to the front of the property. Overall, this stay was great! I loved that breakfast was included. I loaded up with a lot of fresh fruits daily. It was very aesthetically pleasing, especially at the top floor with the pool. The bed was comfortable and the room I was in, is spacious. Everything was modern and the view was amazing. I would absolutely return and recommend this place.

Its new and really beautiful nice vibes good staff especially the waiter eduardo and doorman miguel super attentive and nice always smiling and happy see you guys in January and the buffet in the morning is really good .overall the hotel is super nice will be back miss it already .the hotel staff members are just great .just love the hotel.

Good in general. It’s a brand new hotel in the heart of the modern tourist area with plenty of restaurants nearby and 2 blocks from the beach. It’s pretty and the rooms are nice with great views. However, maybe because they just opened a few weeks ago, some things need fine tuning. For instance, there is no hot water, which was a major deal to us. It’s important to have this option for people who want it. Also, the mattress was hard as a rock and a very odd thing happened - we requested two more bath towels (the room had one hand towel, one mat towel and two bath towels) and we almost had to beg for these. They wanted to know exactly why we wanted two more towels and asked to see the two that originally came with the room. They finally gave them to us but made a huge deal about it. Power goes out a few times every day but just for a few seconds. But it’s scary when it happens the first time and you don’t know what’s going on. We had room service and did not like the food at all but the natural juices were delicious. Very expensive too. The buffet breakfast was great and included several local dishes as well as the usual. Great service too. No parking. You can hear absolutely everything from next door. The guy on the other side of the wall wouldn’t stop coughing and we heard it as if he were in the same room. Same with conversations and cleaning.

The hotel is beautiful it was open only one week prior to my arrival. There are only two elevators for 18 floors. There is no a/c in the elevator. The electricity and the water was going out everyday. My last day at the hotel the water went out while showering. The mattresses were extremely hard. The best thing about the hotel Was the staff they were all very helpful. The breakfast buffet was also a plus. The gym was small and equipment was crammed in a tight small space.
