The hotel was convenient to walk to most places. The staff was amazing. The included breakfast had a great selection. Also included was a walking tour and coffee tasting. The highlight was the cold plunge and free massage on Sundays. I’d def stay here again.

I loved this hotel. Very very beautiful, good vibes, excellent food and drinks, very walkable in the middle of Getsemaní and comfortable rooms. My only 2 remarks would be the AC in the room which I think got really hot throughout the day and you couldn’t control the thermostat. Also, I believe the staff is amazing, but when we got to the hotel we mentioned that the scheduled pickup at the airport was never made. We had to get ourselves a taxi, which is no big deal, but even though I told them during check in, the girl didn’t seem apologetic and they still tried to charge me during check out. For the rest of the staff 10/10, specially the guys in the pool, rooftop and breakfast (really worth trying btw). Overall I recommend it.

Property is beautiful just as pictured. Staff is beyond amazing, accommodating, friendly, and take the time to know you when you’re staying multiple days. Food and drinks on property were really good and having breakfast included daily was amazing such a great variety. Hotel is right off of Getsemani and right outside the walled city. Walked around every night and felt safe with many people around and staff that stood at the hotel door day and night. So happy I chose this hotel for my stay!
