Lush and dreamy!

This is a lush hotel with luxury provided at the pool side with its delicious drinks and food offered. The breakfast is very widely set up. The service is outstanding the welcome drink sets the tone from the moment you walk in. The location can’t be more perfect. I will 100% return and refer anyone I can.

I had a pleasant stay at Osh Hotel. The decoration stands out with its very green and natural design, creating a relaxing atmosphere throughout the property. The staff were extremely attentive and welcoming, which made the experience even better. Dining options within the property were convenient and enjoyable. The only downside was that housekeeping was not very diligent, which could be improved.

Rooms are very comfortable 😌. Staff very helpful and professional. Food from Carta Ajena restaurant is amazing from breakfast to dinner. In general I highly recommend this hotel. The only bad is all neighborhood.. really dirty and people trying to sell you something at any cost, some times is really annoying.

My second time staying at Osh. I love the property, the smell, the people, the safety aspect, the food and hospitality and overall the hotel in general! Great place to stay. Staff will keep you safe, always making sure to ensure that the doors are locked and they are at the door waiting for you to enter. Highly recommend!

For the rate the rooms are very tiny and not confortable for a couple. I didn't like that the sink is not inside de bathroom and the lighting in the room was terrible because it was very dim. I wanted to get ready to get out at night and could barely see my face to put my make up on. On the bright side, the breakfast had special eggs included in the menu and I loved the Turkish ones. The breads were delish!!

Really great hotel in a perfect location to explore the old town. Great pools and bars. Really good coffee. Front desk and concierge really helpful in arranging trips. Service in the courtyard pool bar and the rooftop were great. Service in the main restaurant wasn’t so good, slow and forgetful. Totally different experience to fast, friendly service by the pool. Breakfast buffet was disappointing - cold, wet eggs and cold, tough bacon. Disappointed in the restaurant a couple of times too. The crab tostada on the menu didn’t mention it was made with artificial crab sticks. Great room, had everything I needed. On the first day I slept late because of jetlag, the young man servicing rooms was very generous and cleaned my room late. On the second day though a very rude maid totally ignored the Do Not Disturb sign and just burst in while I was naked without knocking. I told her to get out and she just kept complaining that she wanted to clean the room. There was no other way of locking the door to stop her. Overall it was great, but a real mix of service standards. Perfect location for the old town though.
